Define the Feeling. Design the Life.
Every project starts the same way — with how you want your home to feel.
Torch & Rose is a residential design practice led by Tracey Willey, a Home Design Strategist. Some projects need direction for a single room. Others run through several connected spaces, a whole home, or a renovation. The service levels below are entry points into the same work, not different grades of it.
Torch & Rose Services
-
Strategy, not specification.
Not sure what your space needs — or where to begin?
A Strategy Session establishes how you want the space to feel, then identifies what to keep, what to change, where to invest, and what can wait. You finish with clear direction, practical recommendations, and a brief written recap of the next steps.
Focused Space Strategy — $275. One room, or a focused design challenge that needs clear direction.
Connected Spaces Strategy — $425. Several connected spaces, where flow, function, and design decisions have to work together.
Whole-Home Strategy — $575. Stepping back to the bigger picture — overall direction, priorities, and where changes have the greatest impact.
INCLUDED
Strategic consultation, in your home or virtually. Observation and discussion in real time. Initial direction and prioritization. A brief written Design Strategy Recap.
WHERE THIS HANDS OFF
A detailed design plan. Specifications. Sourcing and shopping links. Measurements. Contractor recommendations. Implementation support.
Each of these sits in a later service level. A Strategy Session is the direction, not the documentation.
-
You know the direction. Now you need the plan.
A Roadmap turns the direction established in a Strategy Session into a clear, actionable design you can carry out at your own pace.
A Roadmap goes deeper into one project. It’s the next layer of detail for a direction you’ve already chosen.
-
You have the plan. You just don’t want to make every decision alone.
Torch & Rose stays in your corner through selections, substitutions, questions, and adjustments across a defined month of support. Pricing assumes a completed Design Roadmap.
Roadmap Upcharge — $300
Applies when moving directly from a Strategy Session into Implementation Support. It covers the design-development work a Roadmap would have carried, folded into the month of service rather than delivered as a separate piece.
-
The most involved way to work together.
Scope is set per project and may include sourcing and purchasing, contractor coordination, site visits, project oversight, installation, and final styling.
Your Design Strategy Session investment is applied toward the proposal.
Pricing assumes a completed Design Roadmap.
Roadmap Upcharge — $300
Applies when moving directly from a Strategy Session into Full Design + Implementation Support. It covers the design-development work a Roadmap would have carried, folded into the scope of the project.
Serving Chester County/Main Line, Bucks, Lancaster, Montgomery, and all of New Jersey — virtually or in person.
A travel consideration applies for in-person visits beyond 20 miles from our base, confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Whichever path fits, the first step is the same: tell me about your home.
UNDERSTAND
How you want the home to feel, and what’s actually getting in the way.
DIRECT
The common thread in what you already respond to, made explicit.
DESIGN
Direction turned into decisions: space, finishes, furnishings, and the order to do them in.
Commonly Asked Questions
-
Start with a Design Strategy Session. It’s built for exactly that — and if the project grows into Full Design + Implementation, the Strategy Session investment is applied toward the proposal.

A brief written summary of the direction established, the priorities identified, and the next steps discussed.
